About Tech Bytes

Tech Bytes was founded in 2013 with the original editorial focus of examining how advancements in mobile technology impact modern life - including developments in interface design and usability, the affect on our work and productivity, and the implications for personal privacy. Since then, mobile devices have been integrated into all aspects of our lives, drastically changing how we work and communicate. ‘Follow the trends’ is the motto behind each article published on Tech Bytes. We want to know where the industry is going, not just where it stands today.

I’m a born and raised Edmontonian who has never gotten used to the cold weather and partakes with the locals in complaining about it. I attended the University of Alberta where I received my Bachelor of Arts with Distinction, earning a double major in English and the History of Art, Design and Visual Culture. I later completed a dual Master of Library and Information Studies and Master of Business Administration.

Currently, I work as a Research Analyst for Chatterson Drive - a market research, marketing, and consulting firm in Calgary, Alberta.
